The event will feature a full day of exciting, family-friendly activities including a community bike ride sponsored by Charlotte B-Cycle. Additionally, there will be health screenings, physical activities, vendors, exhibitors and a variety of healthy workshops.

- Healthy Nutrition
- Metabolic Syndrome (Diabetes, Stroke, Cancer)
- The Red Pump Project’s Cupcakes and Condoms Program
The Healthy Living Expo is designed to be fun for the whole family. Special guests include HUGO from the Charlotte Hornets, local media personalities as well as some great surprises in the works.
The second annual Healthy Living Expo is open and free to the public.
